The M Family One Year Later | Colorado Springs Family Photographer

I first met the McPherson family last year for Emmas newborn photos. It was great to see them a year later and to see how much their family has changed over the year. They are a joy to photograph. Such a lovely family with two wonderful kids! It was great to see you guys again!

Brody loves The Very Hungry Caterpillar! So we did a little bedtime photo shoot to capture his love for the book and his "Caipill" (as he calls it!). 

Happy Birthday Miss J

Little Miss J has been frequenting my blog a lot lately, her dance recital and now her birthday! This party was adorable which figures knowing her parents ;) It started with a Treasure Hunt lead by a real pirate that ended in the backyard with tons of treasure. Then cupcakes and presents. What a wonderful day. Happy Birthday J!

My Life {Brody}

Brody with my favorite childhood toy "little bear" - I have had him for 30 years and Brod just loves him. 

Fridays I am going to share a little bit about me and my life. This is Brody. If you follow my photography you probably already know who he is. This little man is the light of my life. My husband and I are amazed about how bright, caring, and funny he is. He says things that blow my mind and tells incredible stories. 

He loves Thomas the Train,

Cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, ATV's - basically anything with a motor. 

His favorite foods are cucumbers, nuts, berries, ice cream, cereal, and skittles!

His favorite song is Hot Chelle Rae: Tonight Tonight and Thomas. 

He loves to build sand castles and play with the water table. 

He turns 3 in 2 weeks and he can't be more excited about it. 

I love him so much and am glad I get to share the things I love about him with others!

I spent the day Saturday celebrating the ballet recital of little miss "J" in the Turning Pointe 2012 Performance.
What an adorable little lady J is and so sweet as well. Spending time with her and her family always is a wonderful day full of laughter, fun, and friendship. Wonderful job today to all the tiny dancers!
